What impact do you all think this will have on our relations with them? Does anyone have any info on the new person coming in?

Sun, September 26, 2004 - 9:32 AMfrom what I know of thier system, which isn't all that much I'll say off the bat, most of the real decisions are made by certain factions, who then get the agreement of the rest, and then whoever is the "leader" announces the decision others made, so impact would likely be minimal.
