1. I support gay marriage

2. I oppose most gun controls except for instant, non-recorded, appealable background checks on dealer purchases

    Is that purchases FROM gun retailers or TO gun retailers?

      I support all you mention, but the weakness is the state's records not being backlogged. For example, if someone is arrested and processed, they may not be in the public safety computer for a week or two. That is the weakness. You should have gotten a permit, taken a hunter safety course, and be 21.

      But yes, it should be untraceable.
